Once your system is installed you will experience clean, great tasting water from every tap in your home.
The Complete Home Filtration system is professionally plumbed into the mains water pipe entering your home. Once installed all raw tap water entering your home now passes through the 3 stage filtration system to deliver clean, freshly filtered water to every water outlet in your home.
How it works
STAGE 1Micron Pre-filter System
The sediment pre-filter system reduces sand, silt, sediment, and debris in the supplied water down to 1 or 5 microns (a human hair is approximately 70 Microns) in size. Routine replacement of this sediment filter will increase the effectiveness and protect plumbing and appliances from excess sediment. With average use, each filter is effective for approximately 6 months.
STAGE 2Water Softening Resin
This specially developed water softening resin changes the molecular structure of damaging magnesium and calcium compounds as they flow through the filter. These compounds are responsible for the “limescale buildup” issues found throughout some homes which also leads to less efficiency from water heaters and lessens the lifespan of water using appliances such as kettle, iron, dishwasher and washing machines.
STAGE 3Granular Activated Carbon Media's (GAC)
Environmental Water Solutions utilizes a blend of high-grade NSF certified coconut shell and bituminous coal-based activated carbons in the Complete Home Filtration systems. The purpose of combining two types of carbons is to gain a wider range of contaminant filtering capabilities offered from each type of carbon.
STAGE 4Copper and Zinc Oxidation Media (KDF-55)
We also include a patented bacteriostatic copper-zinc reduction-oxidation media for the purpose of preventing and reducing the potential growth of bacteria and algae and for the further reduction of heavy metals. These media are designed to filter chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, industrial solvents, heavy metals and hundreds of other contaminants that may be present in your water.
